I use Exquisite any time I have a special event or just want to throw together a small dinner party. They have never failed at exceeding my expectations. The food is full of flavor, portions are HUGE, prices are very reasonable, staff is friendly. All services provided by Robert are phenomenal. I recommend Exquisite for anyone who wants to have a successful event without the headache.

Last night we were attended by the great staff from Exquisite Catering for a special event held in the Miami Auto Museum. From a great open bar, to satisfying appetizers (wings, pings in a blanket and spinach pastry triangles with soy sauce) and self served food stations... I think it's safe to say the rest of the guests seemed content enough to go back for seconds. The food stations displayed veggies with different cheese and crackers, bruschetta with tomato and basil, fruits, cookies & brownies (my fave was the chocolate chip with walnuts), burger sliders and tri-colored pasta. The selection was enough to say that they served up some pretty decent food. The waiters and bartenders were so friendly and attentive.

I recently was invited to a function where Exquisite Catering was hired to provide the food and booze. I was not disappointed. The servers and bartender were top notch. These people are charismatic and completely friendly. They either get paid very well or must all be related because their attitudes were on point! The food was nothing out of the ordinary but nevertheless flavorful and worth it. My favorite was the Cheese and vegetable selections followed by the burger sliders. The drinks were really good with premium brands like Gray Goose. Good beers too. I recommend this company.

We had Robert cater a 4th of July party. They were easy to work with and get everything arranged and ordered. When the food was delivered on the 4th for the party, there were a few hiccups of items ordered but not delivered. The delivery driver went to the local Publix and bought the missing items for us. As for the food....OMG....the portions were HUGE. We ended up giving away much of it and there was still plenty. Everything was delicious and all the guests raved about the ribs, wings, burgers, hot dogs and everything else. And the price was very very fair for the quantity and quality of what was provided. Would definitely recommend these folks and we will definitely use them in the future. Thanks for making our party a real hit.

I am one of the lucky ones to have discovered the awesomeness of Exquisite Catering By Robert. I have a baby in the house, so even getting dressed in the morning is a chore these days. I still have to entertain occasionally, but find it so difficult to get my act together. I called Exquisite Catering two days before my event. The ordering process was so simple. The menu is online, so all of your many options are available to look through. My delivery was right on time, and was set up by a really nice, professional employee. Now on to the most important part of the review. The food...... OUTSTANDING! Really, really great! Every detail is taken care of. We ordered the fajita's. The shrimp, steak and chicken were cooked to perfection. The accompaniments were plentiful. They even brought an ice chest for the drinks that they provided. The Chef's Miniature Desserts were sinful! Yum! Don't be intimidated to use this caterer for your events and holidays. They are extremely reasonable. If you are in need of Kosher catering they have Rabbi's that work with them, so everyone is covered. I'll be putting my order in for Thanksgiving this year. Such a pleasure dealing with this company!

Another successful catered event by Robert; I had friends and family to my home for Christmas Eve and Robert's elves delivered on time and set everything up. I ordered The Ultimate Italian which everyone raved about. In addition to the main course I ordered The Fresh Seasonal Fruit Platter and The Chef's Miniature Dessert...wonderful! Robert never disappoints, always goes above and beyond. Thank you Robert.
